We get a lot of opportunities to promote products but turn down 90% of them. We take our responsibility as a family and promoting consumerism very seriously, so we only want to work with the best that represent the best. When looking to partner we look for the following:

What Campaigns Include

Our campaigns are extensive, which is why we strictly limit the number of products we feature each year. Our campaigns include:

  • Creating a full social media and integrated article campaign.
  • Doing social media posts before and during the visit on all three platforms [Facebook, Instagram (photos and stories) and Twitter].
  • Full blog article(s) with photos and video integration.
  • Post visit social, including a 1 minute, edited compilation showcasing our experience.
  • Follow up social when the blog article is posted.
  • Pinterest specific posts and boards to help with long-term reach.
  • Articles are fully optimized for SEO ensuring long-term organic reach.
  • Integration into other articles such as, “Top 5 Long Weekend Escapes”
  • Evergreen content creation where possible

Sample Campaigns

We regularly partner with Lonely Planet and Raincoast books to bring our followers new and inspiring titles on travel. As the world’s leader when it comes to travel we love partnering with them and knowing that their books are inspiring our kids and our followers to learn about and to travel to new places.

Cirque du Soleil was in town and invited us to attend to experience their newest show, Kurios. We produced a campaign that included social media and post-show article to help increase awareness about the newest show.

Toyota was looking for an outdoor family to take their new Highlander Hybrid for a test drive. Along with a film crew, we toured the sea to sky highway and created a promotional commercial for Toyota to use online and in print in the Vancouver Sun.

In celebration of Canada’s 150th we partnered with Parks Canada and the Eastern Canada DMO’s (As well as Westjet and Canadian Tire) to promote the East Coast as the ultimate family Canadian road trip. We designed our trip to highlight National Parks, camping and exploring parks for 16 days!
